Our action path is based on Schedule VII of the CSR Act and Sustainable Development Goals. We believe that a collaborative approach can create a ripple effect. Thus, we are open to partner with government institutions, businesses, academic institutions, and other organizations to join hands.
We first identify NGOs who run sustainable and scalable projects that align to our own CSR roadmap and key goals. Ideally, you could be an organization looking to build resilient communities at the grassroot, pan-India or global level.
Next, we adopt a three- to five-year lifecycle engagement where we help you build capacity for long term projects. A robust framework of quantitative and qualitative metrics is developed to map, measure and access progress and impact.
This includes outlining metrics in terms of clear goals and targets to help our NGOs partners comprehend the tangible and intangible changes arising out of their projects, build stronger programs and effectively communicate with primary stakeholders.
For we truly believe in co-creating a sustainable support system that goes beyond mere donations.
Additionally, we run a successful Corporate Energizers and Volunteering program, which helps the Transworld Group to be the agent of change and spread awareness about social issues among our internal stakeholders.
Our short-term engagements with NGOs partners are organized through a monthly calendar aligned with UN Days of observation.
Over the years, our employees across geographies have stepped forward time and time again to make a meaningful difference to the community. Even during the pandemic.
So, if you are an organization looking for funding and partnership from a trusted global corporate with a rock solid CSR history, then get in touch with us.
